Selling

6 questions
How do I list a ticket for sale?+

Upload the PDF of your booking (or enter the PNR manually). We verify the ticket against the airline's portal, set the listing live, and notify you when a buyer is matched. The whole listing takes about 60 seconds.

What if my ticket doesn't sell?+

98% of listings find a buyer. If yours doesn't, you pay nothing. You can de-list at any time, drop the price, or simply fly the flight yourself.

Can I sell a ticket I didn't buy myself?+

Not yet. Only the original buyer of a ticket can list it for resale today. Selling tickets you didn't buy is on the roadmap but currently out of scope.

How is the suggested price calculated?+

We show the live market price for your exact route and date based on the last 30 days of transactions on TKTZ and partner marketplaces. You can list above, below, or at market - your call.

What's the fee?+

A flat 9.5% on a successful sale - and only on a successful sale. No listing fee, no monthly subscription, no payment-processing surcharge. If it doesn't sell, you pay nothing.

How long until I'm paid out?+

The payout lands on the original credit card you used to purchase the ticket within 3 business days of the sale.

Buying

5 questions
How do I know the ticket is real?+

Every listing has been cross-checked against the airline's own portal before it goes live. You can see the verification timestamp on the listing itself.

What if the airline doesn't honour the ticket at check-in?+

This is extremely rare because we verify the ticket against the airline portal before listing. If it does happen, contact us within 24 hours and our partner travel agency will handle the rebooking or refund through their normal channels.

Can I get a discount below the market price?+

Filter by "Below market price" on the Search page - the listings flagged with the green ▼ chip are priced under our market reference for that route and date.

How quickly will I receive the ticket?+

The ticket transfers to your name immediately upon successful payment. You'll receive the new booking confirmation by email within minutes.

Can I change the date or name after I buy?+

Standard airline change/cancellation rules apply once the ticket is in your name. Check the fare rules visible on the listing before purchase.

Payments

5 questions
What payment methods are accepted?+

Sellers currently receive the payout to the same credit card they used to buy the original ticket. Buyers can pay by credit card through one of our regulated partner gateways (Kishrey Teufa, ISSTA, Ophir Tours, and others).

In what currency am I charged / paid?+

Listings are shown in the local currency of the marketplace you're on. Your card is charged (or credited) in that same currency - no surprise conversion.

Is my card data safe?+

Yes. Card data is tokenised by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. TKTZ never sees or stores the raw card number.

When is the seller paid out?+

Within 3 business days of a confirmed sale, directly to the credit card the seller used to buy the original ticket.

Will I get a tax invoice / receipt?+

Yes - issued by the partner travel agency the transaction went through, emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase.

Verification

4 questions
How are sellers verified?+

Every seller passes identity verification (passport, liveness biometric, sanctions screening) before any of their tickets appear in the marketplace. Buyers only see verified tickets.

How are tickets verified?+

We log into the airline's own portal and confirm the ticket exists, the route matches, and the seat is real - re-checked if the listing changes. Audit trail visible to the buyer.

Do you do KYC?+

Yes. We use Sumsub - the same identity stack regulated banks and exchanges use. Required for everyone listing a ticket; required for buyers above a small transaction threshold.

What data is stored, and for how long?+

Identity-verification data is held only as long as Israeli AML regulation requires (5 years). Payment data is tokenised - we don't store the raw card. See the Privacy Policy for the full schedule.

Account & Support

4 questions
Do I need an account to buy or sell?+

Yes - both require an account so we can verify identity, route payments correctly, and contact you about the transaction.

How do I delete my account?+

Email support@tktz.io from your registered address. We process deletion requests within 7 days (some KYC data is held for the regulatory retention period - see Privacy Policy).

How fast does support reply?+

Under 4 hours during business hours (Sun-Thu, 9am-6pm IL time). Urgent transaction issues are routed to the on-call partner immediately.

I'm a travel agency / wholesaler. Can I integrate?+

Yes. Email partners@tktz.io - we'll walk you through the API and the commercial terms.
